30 Quick Tips for Girls in their 20's
- Every now & then, wear red lipstick.
- Make your own coffee/tea instead of those daily trips to Starbucks, it’ll save you loads.
- Keep your teeth as white as possible. A great smile is the most influential feature!
- Travel as much as you possibly can. Find a way to make it happen.
- Get a few of your favorite pictures printed & framed to put around your room or apartment.
- Learn to let go of your ego.
- Read “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. The BEST book to help with #6
- Workout. Run or job, swim or do some yoga. Move your body. Get your heart rate up. Sweat. Do it every day.
- Don’t ever doubt yourself and what you're capable of.
- Snuggle a lot.
- Drink loads of water daily.
- Don’t sweat the small stuff, and realize that mostly everything we “sweat”, is indeed, small.
- Invest in a great blender. (Vitamix whatup!)
- Smile at strangers. If the timing is right you could change their lives.
- Wear your sunscreen & alwaysavoid sun on that face! You don't want to resemble a Shar Pei pup at 50.
- Never skip breakfast. A handful of nuts or couple bites of fruit is so much better than nothing!
- Keep your nails neat and manicured at all times.
- Get your beauty sleep! Aim for 7-8 hours minimum every night.
- Wear nice underwear.
- Say 'I love you' when you feel it. Never hold back. (Ehm, unless you're on that first date)
- Setup one week out of the year to visit ALL of your doctors.
- Blast music while in the shower, and in the car. Well anywhere you can, really. It gets the soul moving.
- NEVER go to sleep with makeup on. Clogged pores aren't cute.
- Buy flowers for yourself and set them up in a pretty vase in your bedroom.
- Moisturize your face every night with coconut oil. It’s all natural, smells yummy and works wonders.
- Take more bubble baths.
- Eat your fruits & veggies daily and invest in a great multi-vitamin.
- Be the most positive person you know & stay away from negativity.
- Have your cake & eat it too…
