My go-to breakfast. Probiotic-rich yogurt with fresh berries, granola and a drizzle of Manuka honey.

Ingredients

Yogurt Parfaift
  • Fruit of choice: ie: raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries!
  • Granola of choice. I'll link my go-to below.
  • Manuka Honey

Instructions

Here's What To Do...
  1. Start with yogurt of choice, and top with berries.
  2. Drizzle with Manuka Honey. I recommend getting the squeeze bottle to make your life easier.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of flax seed (optional) for added nutrients!
