Sweater Weather Guide
So living in Nashville has been amazing, but lets just say the weather has been the ultimate challenge for me to adjust to. We've only experienced a few cold fronts the past month, but it's a taste of what's to come my first winter outside of sunny South Florida.... and I'm scared.
Real scared.
But hey, new wardrobe! I've been gravitating towards fun statement pieces... likee my closet is leopard, leather, and faux-fur galore right now and I'm loving it.
The more the temp drops, the more aggressively I scan the internet for new sweaters, coats & cardigans. I wanted to share some of my fav finds with y'all...
I. Love. Leopard.
My favorite print.
I personally consider leopard a neutral when styling into my outfits... because lets be real there's not a whole lot it doesn't look good with. Throw this cardigan on over a graphic tee and cutoffs, or a simple black bodysuit for an effortless addition to spice up your look.

K i'll admit, I'm a bit of a snob with my clothing. Quality over quantity. I'd rather dish a little extra for a top that won't shrink down to barbie size the minute it goes near a dryer you know??
However. Coats are expensive.
Do I think you should own a high quality coat that can keep you warm for many winters? Absolutely! This may not be one of those coats, but it's a statement coat that's a fun addition to your wardrobe. It's beautiful, it's soft, it keeps me warm... oh and it's under $60. I was a little reluctant with that price, I figured the faux fur would be like shedding whiskers, but I was PLEASANTLY surprised. It's 10000x cuter in person, and yes you will receive an annoying amount of compliments.
I paired this with black leather leggings.

Sunny and 60 kind of outfit. SO in love with this sweater from Endless Rose. This is an awesome day to evening transitional piece. Pair with jean skirt or cutoff shorts and white sneaks during the day // leather pants or dark skinnies with fun earrings for happy hour. That subtle little cutout is just enough to make a real statement wherever you're going.
Oh and cobalt blue is my fav color, so this one's a winner winner all around.

I don't wear a ton of Free People, but I will wear ALL of their sweaters. I seriously haven't met a Free People sweater I didn't need to buy immediately.
I've worn this one probably a dozen times since I got it a few weeks ago (don't tell anyone). I just LOVE an oversized sweater. This one you can literally wear with sweats on the coach, in a little mini skirt, over a dress, tucked into skinny jeans, by itself... (jk you should prob wear pants.) Point being, #versatileAF.
Side note: size DOWN 1 or 2 sizes. I'm wearing a small here but wish i went with the xs.

I saved the best for last. I honestly DK what it is about this jacket I love so much... whether it's the colors, the varsity stripes... the fit, feel... the mysterious "A" of which I have no clue what it stands for. It just all works for me.
